ADOPTING FROM COTN HILL: All new owners who are adopting cats or kittens without breeding rights will be required to sign a spay/neuter agreement. This is to help guarantee the welfare of the cats and kittens adopted from Cotn Hill. All retired adults will be spayed or neutered before leaving. From time to time, we do have special adults that are awaiting adoption.
Cotn Hill provides a written health guarantee on all cat and kittens that are adopted.
I do guarantee that ALL cats or kittens placed will be PKD negative. In addition, they will be free of ringworm, internal and external parasites
When you adopt a pet or show cat from Cotn Hill, we do provide you with instructions on how to bathe and care for your new pet. Longhaired cats and kittens will require regular maintenance to keep them happy and healthy, and the instructions you receive will help you understand the basics of care.
When Cotn Hill decides to place a cat or kitten in your home/cattery, whether it is a breeder or a show kitten, the said animal is for your breeding program ONLY and is not to be resold, leased, shared or gifted to anyone.
Cotn Hill kittens and cats have been bathed at my home for quite sometime before they are ready for adoption (no earlier than 12 weeks). So they will be quite accustomed to the whole idea of grooming. If you keep up the routine, all will go well.
